καλά δεν το λέει ότι αν του στείλεις email δεν θα σου απαντήσει αλλα με την απάντηση του σου δείχνει πως δουλεύει διάβασε και αυτό Our Consultation Process:
Step #1: Meet With Patient Educator, Matt Zupan (45-60 minutes). In this session, we gather information about your specific hair loss situation. We also cover important aspects of hair loss and the basic principles we believe patients should understand about the transplant procedure:
· How the procedure is performed, step by step
· What factors make someone a good candidate or a poor candidate
· Evaluation of your specific hair loss situation and goals
· Initial assessment about meeting your goals and what it may take to achieve those goals; this includes both an estimate of the number grafts needed and the price typically associated with your specific situation
Matt Zupan has worked with Drs. Shapiro, as a patient educator, for more than 20 years. He handles patient education and data gathering. Matt has developed great skill in answering and simplifying some of the most difficult questions. Most patients comment that this session is invaluable to their understanding of what is involved.
Step #2: Receive In-depth Evaluation and Plan by Dr Shapiro. Following the initial educational session, a patient’s information is presented to Dr. Shapiro who devises a final evaluation and unique plan of action. At this time a patient has the opportunity to consult with Dr. Shapiro to review the plan.
This two-step process enables us to evaluate your situation and you to learn what can be achieved from a procedure. We require all of our patients to participate in this process.
In-house or Phone Consultation:
In-House Consult: The best consult is an in-house consult during which we evaluate your situation in person. Patients who live in the area, or who are willing to travel, most often take advantage of the in-house consultation.
Phone Consult: We see patients from around the world so we’ve developed an extremely effective phone consultation procedure. In order to make the most of your phone appointment, we ask that you do the following before your consultation:
· Send us photos of your hair loss (Photo Instructions enclosed)
· Read our pre-consultation educational tools enclosed (or visit our website, www.shapiromedical.com/contact/consultation tools)
