Δεν ξέρω. Αυτό θέλω να δοκιμάσω και εγώ και θα του τις πάω.

Και γιατι δεν δοκιμαζετε με avodart ;

Οι ίδιοι που έκαναν την έρευνα ανέφεραν ότι σκοπεύουν να δοκιμάσουν και το avodart. Αλλά προς το παρών δεν γνωρίζουμε ποσότητα ώστε να έχει και επιτυχία και λίγα ως ελάχιστα sides. Άσε να το δοκιμάσουν αυτοί και βλέπουμε

Method of finasteride gel preparation

Since the water solubility of Finesteride gel is very low, thus, at the beginning of work, solubility had to be increased. For this reason, solvent-aid was used. The solvents-aid is water mixable organic solvents, in which by decreasing solubility, and with surface tension of water, will cause increase water solubility of non-polar materials. An adequate amount of ethanol to increase solubility was determined by several examinations and by setting the drug solubility in different percentages of water-ethanol. After setting and preparing the suitable solvent to solve finasteride, several examinations to select the best polymer were done by different materials. For this reason, first the selected polymer was poured on a glass surface, containing an adequate drug solving system, and was maintained in lab temperature for 24 hours. Then, the receiving system was mixed by an electric mixer by velocity of 600 cycles per minute, until it was completely pure. The results showed that 40% water and 60% ethanol are the best solvent system, and hydroxyl propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) is the best polymer. Preparation of this drug did not need a preservative. Physical stability of the drug as a viewpoint of deposition or opacity in 4°C in refrigerator was evaluated. Since the time frame between drug production and consumption was about one week, there was no need for chemical assessment. In addition, the placebo gel without drug was prepared by the same system. Because, finasteride 1% has the most dermal absorption, therefore, in this study finasteride gel 1% was prepared and used.

Our topical Finasteride solution that we have been using for the past 2 years has proven to be very effective . It has been used primarily in patients who had been experiencing side effects on the oral drug. These patients have been free of side effects on the topical formulation. This is a good sign that the drug is unlikely to be going systemic via cutaneous permeation.
We are currently performing tests using Franz diffusion cells with the The University of Milan to get more data.
Once we have secured a reliable source for Dutasteride we will start testing topical formulations with this drug as it will likely be more effective.
A new liposomal formulation of topical finasteride is currently available to our European patients. It has been developed in collaboration with Farmacia Parati in Italy. This preparation can be obtained from this company . You will require a physicians prescription for this as the formulation needs to be compounded on a case by case basis (to comply with European and FDA regulations).

ΘΑ βγαίνει κανένα 80+ το μήνα, δεν συμφέρει. Τα υλικά τα διάβασα από μια πατέντα τους που είχε καταχωρηθεί για φιναστερίδη, την οποία κάπου την είδα στα τόσα links και τα σημείωσα. Το gel αλόης μπορεί να τα σπάει, αλλά θα πρέπει να βρεθεί ο παράγοντας που θα ενώσει την αλόη με την φινα και το όχημα (η αλόη μπορεί να απορροφάτε, αλλά δεν νομίζω να μπορεί να "τραβήξει" και άλλα συστατικά μαζί της).

αυτη ειναι η ερευνα ενος πανεπιστημιου του ιραν , γενικα απ οτι καταλαβα οι ερευνες και οι δοκιμες εχουν ξεκινησει απο το 2009 και τωρα διαβαζω για τα αποτελεσμα αυτης αλλα ναι το σιγουρο ειναι οτι δεν συμφερει για εμας σαν κοστος....εγκυκλοπαιδικα ομως καλα ειναι να γνωριζουμε

Οποτε νικολα τη βρηκαμε την συνταγη .σωστα;καθε φαρμακειπ δε μπορει να φτιαξει το τζελ τωρα;

Λαλακι, δεν ξερουμε ομως τον τροπο παρασκευης, σειρα στο ανακατεμα υλικων, παραμονη σε φασεις κτλ...αλλωστε εγω δεν θα εμπιστευομουν την παρασκευη φορμουλας για το κεφαλι σε μη εμπειρο ατομο οποτε θα περιμενω μαλλον να εχω επισημα νεα απο τους εμπνευστες του τζελ, αλλο θεμα ειναι οτι ειναι ακριβο ρε φιλε και δεν υπαρχουν καθολου αναφορες απο την παρασκευαστρια φαρμακευτικη του propecia...ισως γιαυτο ολοι στα ξενα φορουμ μιλανε για το 2020...
