Ο Dr. Bissanga μου έστειλε τις επαγγελματικές φωτογραφίες που τράβηξαμε στο ιατρείο του + updated assessment.
Τα παραθέτω παρακάτω. Δειτε τι λεει ... :
Norwood classification: Diffuse thinning
Expected Norwood: NW6
Hereditary: Father-side NW6
Hair Characteristics: Brown, Straight, Medium Fine Hair
Donor Density: Measured in 3 areas as 80/80/110 (areas 1,2,3 shown in picture) Follicular units per cm2
Miniaturisation: 18-26% of miniaturised hair in the donor area. This 18-26% is not high enough to classify it as DUPA.
Dermoscopy:Normal, no signs of scalp issues
Recommendations: To reinforce the miniaturised hairs: Minoxidil 5mg /Finasteride 1mg./ vitamins: biotine,Zinc, MSM, Cystine tablets Stay on medication indefinitely as we don't know if these miniaturised hairs will survive the surgery.
Surgery: to harvest around 3000 grafts to add density in the frontal area. Since your donor area is not able to supply enough grafts to cover the whole balding surface, the Doctor proposes to also do tricopigmentation/scalp micro pigmentation to create an illusion of density: It costs a head-tattoo that costs 3000 euros , lasts 1-2 years (and then fades away) so you need regular touch-ups of 200-1000 euros cost each.
