Thank you for sharing that link. Histogen is in discussions with physicians in Japan regarding HSC clinical studies, however there are no Histogen-sponsored studies ongoing in Japan at this time. We are aware of the advertising around these clinics, and have asked that HSC be removed from their websites, etc. In most cases, this has been done.

Γιατι εχω την εντυπωση οτι ο Ιαπωνας εχει παλιες ενεσεις? ειδικα αυτο το no Histogen-sponsored studies ongoing in Japan at this time ειναι λιγο αοριστο.

Είχα στείλει ερώτηση στην histogen,αν θα επισπευθουν κάποιες διαδικασίες τώρα που κέρδισε την υπόθεση της πατεντας,και σήμερα μου απαντησε.Η απάντηση ήταν πως το προγράμμα είναι το ίδιο,για το '16 στην Αμερική και ΙΣΩΣ νωρίτερα στην Ασία.αυτο που δεν πολυκαταλαβα είναι η τελευταία παράγραφος,αν και νομίζω πως εννοεί πως το προϊόν έχει ακριβώς την ίδια αποτελεσματικότητα είτε πρόκειται για μεγάλο norwood είτε για μικρό(σε ποσοστό regrowth).καθως επισης είτε πρόκειται για το crown,το vertex ή την hairline.

Although the patent litigation news will certainly allow Histogen to bring in the necessary financing and partners to move forward, timelines for clinical trials and regulatory approval cannot be accelerated. We continue to estimate 2016 for market introduction within the US, with a possibility of earlier introduction in some Pan-Asian countries.
 
More information will be available as evaluation of HSC continues, but to date the product has not been shown to have more or less efficacy in certain stages or regions of baldness.

As to the Akai Clinic, as I have said there are no Histogen-sanctioned studies ongoing there. We cannot comment on what products this clinic might be testing at this time.

Η histogen ειναι μια εταιρεια που εδω και κατι χρονια ξεκινησε να κανει κατι ενεσεις και βγαινουν καινουργιες τριχες.Οι ενεσεις περιεχουν ουσιες, που οπως λενε, ενεργοποιουν τα βλαστοκυτταρα του δερματος, μεσω wnt πρωτεινων και παραγοντων αναπτυξης και αυτα εξελισσονται σε τριχοθυλακια.Ειναι η μοναδικη που εχει δειξει φωτογραφιες* με τις δοκιμες που εκανε παλιοτερα.Για περιπου ενα χρονο ηταν στα δικαστηρια με μια αλλη εταιρεια που διεκδικουσε τα διακαιωματα.Η Histogen κερδισε τη δικη και οι δοκιμες ξαναξεκινησαν...

2012 MAR 24 - (NewsRx.com) -- Fresh data on Carrier Proteins are presented in the report "Hair regrowth following a Wnt- and follistatin containing treatment: safety and efficacy in a first-in-man phase 1 clinical trial. 'Research has shown the importance of follistatin, Wnt 7a, and wound healing growth factors on the stimulation of bulge cells and inter-follicular stem cells to induce hair growth. We have studied the effects of a bioengineered, non-recombinant, human cell-derived formulation, termed Hair Stimulating Complex (HSC), containing these factors to assess its hair growth activity in male pattern baldness," scientists writing in the Journal of Drugs In Dermatology report.

"HSC showed in vitro Wnt activity and contained follistatin, KGF, and VEGF. The clinical study was a double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized single site trial and was designed to evaluate safety of the HSC product and assess efficacy in stimulating hair growth. All 26 subjects tolerated the single, intradermal injection of HSC procedures well, and no signs of an adverse reaction were reported. Histopathological evaluation of the treatment site biopsies taken at 22 and 52 weeks post-treatment revealed no abnormal morphology, hamartomas, or other pathological responses. Trichoscan image analysis of HSC-treated sites at 12 and 52 weeks showed significant improvements in hair growth over the placebo. At the initial 12-week evaluation period, HSC-treated sites demonstrated an increase in hair shaft thickness (6.3%+-2.5% vs. -0.63%+-2.1%; p=0.046), thickness density (12.8%+-4.5% vs. -0.2%+-2.9%; p=0.028), and terminal hair density (20.6+-4.9% vs. 4.4+-4.9%; p=0.029). At one year, a statistically significant increase in total hair count (p=0.032) continued to be seen," wrote M.P. Zimber and colleagues.

The researchers concluded: "These results demonstrate that a single intradermal administration of HSC improved hair growth in subjects with androgenetic alopecia and is a clinical substantiation of previous preclinical research with Wnts, follistatin, and other growth factors associated with wound healing and regeneration."

Δεν ειναι και μαλιστα βελτιωθηκε η φορμουλα κατα 46% σε σχεση με τις πρωτες δοκιμες.
Μεσα στο τριμηνο +62% συνολικες τριχες και τερματικες τριχες +79% και αυξηση παχους περιπου 50%....
